General:

• Arrive on time to respect others time 🙂
• Don’t come if you are sick, your family is sick etc. Lets reschedule
• You may need time to find parking, please consider this before coming to your appointment
• No guests / Pets / Kids

Cancellations / No Shows:

• 50% of your service will be needed to rebook for no shows
• 48 hours notice to reschedule otherwise considered no show
• Reschedules are possible but please limit 1 per month whenever possible as my schedule is limited

Tips?

Feel free not to tip me if it means you are able to rebook for your services. There’s no need to feel guilt or shame around this.
